Moreover, you can learn from their struggles and stories of triumphs. If they can beat the crisis, so can you.
There’s also nothing wrong in seeking healing and strength from professionals, such as your doctors and therapists. They are extremely helpful when your problem is already severe, and those who are not too familiar about your issue cannot really deal or cope with it.
